§01 — THE PLATFORM
IN THE PANEL
OVER THE API
Every state change is pushed to your endpoint: tickets issued, transferred, refunded, revoked, upgraded, redeemed — plus payments, resales, check-ins and payouts.
Run it by clicking. When clicking stops scaling, the same engine answers on an API key — sandbox and production differ by one prefix.
ROYALTY
A share of the proceeds paid to the owner of a right, on every use of that right.
IN TICKETCONNECT
A percentage of every resale on your storefront, set once for your organization — 5% by default — and credited to you automatically when the listing fills. You never invoice anyone.
THE RATE IS SET ONCE, PER ORGANIZATION.
Not a clause you would have to enforce. A rate on your organization, applied to every listing automatically. Want it changed? One conversation, and it applies from the next listing on.
RESALE HAPPENS ON YOUR STOREFRONT.
Holders list where they bought, under your ceiling — 150% of face by default, your number, per event — and inside your opening window. A revealed ticket locks for good, so a resale buyer always receives a code no previous owner has ever seen. A screenshot cannot outlive an owner change.
IT SETTLES ON FILL.
The buyer pays, the seller nets the rest, your royalty is credited — one fill, split automatically. Markup above face waits in escrow until your show happens, so a cancelled event makes every buyer whole.
§03 — THE SERVICE HISTORY
Between the sale and the door, the ticket keeps working.
A ticket here is a live object, not a PDF. The seat comes off the map you drew in the designer. The discount hands itself out the moment a fan earns it. The upgrade prices itself on the server — pay the difference, move up. And the perk rides the same QR your gate already scans.
The guest list runs on the same rail: comp batches of up to fifty recipients, one to ten tickets each, drawn atomically from live tier supply — you cannot oversell a tier by comping it. And every comp stays revocable: the one you revoked at 20:58 is dead at Gate B in §04.
Discount codes take 1–100% off — per event or organization-wide, with expiry, use caps, and a per-buyer limit of one by default. Blast them by email to a segment or to past attendees, or let attendance triggers hand them out; each buyer gets at most one automatic email, ever.

PERK REDEEMED AT THE BAR · 22:41
Same app your gate runs, in perk mode. A perk redeems once, like a ticket admits once.
§04 — THE FLOOR
Doors open.Nothing goes down.
Staff get their own sign-ins, never your password, and only see the events they are assigned to. Scanning is fully offline: every QR verifies cryptographically on the device, and scanners on the venue Wi-Fi warn each other — a ticket through Gate A is dead at Gate B in seconds, signal or none. Every scan lands in the audit log with a name against it, and a comp you revoked at 20:58 is rejected at 20:59.
Twelve scans at Gate B between 21:04:12 and 21:05:03. Ten valid; one duplicate and one revoked comp rejected.
GATE SALES: STRIPE TERMINAL · TAP TO PAY ON A PHONE · SUMUP · QR WRISTBANDS SHIPPED FROM THE WAREHOUSE
Money out: proceeds sit in escrow and release seven days after the final night — the same escrow that refunds every buyer in full if you cancel. Run events well and your trust tier pays a share instantly: 50% verified, 80% trusted, 95% platinum, claimed to your organization’s Safe on Base.

ONE WEEKEND, 8,412 TICKETS — FEES YOU STOP PAYING PLUS ROYALTY YOU START EARNING
At 40,000 tickets a year that is about $90,000 you stop paying and about $65,000 you start earning. No per-seat licence, no minimum — the Free plan is $0 and carries the full core product.
Comparison uses the published self-serve service fee of the platform most organisers your size are on today. Our 3% is the rate on every plan — plans gate capabilities, not fees. Resales carry an 8% marketplace fee, paid by the seller; your royalty comes out of the same side. Card and BLIK processing is on us — 3% is what you pay, with a 2.50 PLN minimum per paid ticket that only ever applies below about 83 PLN; above that the fee is 3% and nothing else. Free tickets are free.

Figures use the published self-serve service fee of the platform most organisers your size are on today — the same total shown in the receipt above, broken into the lines that produce it. TicketConnect’s rate is identical on every plan, including Free; the 5% royalty is our default, set once per organization. Larger, venue-negotiated platforms — Ticketmaster-style — publish no single self-serve rate, so we’ve left them out rather than guess.

The core of this list is on the Free plan. Pro and Enterprise add branding, advanced analytics and white-label — not features you have already read about here.
§08 — UNDER YOUR NAME
Or it ships as your product.
Same engine, your domain, your brand. Enterprise switches on the Developers portal in the same panel — API keys, webhooks, usage metering, per-tenant payouts — because we run our own platform on exactly the tenancy you would get. $499 a month, $2,500 setup, and the ticket fees never change.
Create your organization this afternoon — self-serve, no sales call. Put your first event on sale on the Free plan, run the door from your phone, and take the royalty on every resale after that.
